I embrace my journey with trust and joy and love
I say yes to soul

I slip into my skin every morning,

I reveal new ways of learning, teaching, channeling, and communicating.
I create my life,

My body is strong and resilient
My mind is clear and attentive
My heart is vast and imaginative
I embrace the unknown for possibilities are endless
And I receive endings as new beginnings
My relationships are joyful, loving, authentic and passionate.
My work is respected, valued and enriches lives.
I see the world through the eyes of love and trust.
The flow of my life is inspiring and magical,
I enjoy the sweet gift of being with myself
Of silence and solitude, in the wilds with spirit.
I appreciate the Gifts from animals and plants.
