I know my essence
I know the truth of my essence, I know The depth and breadth of my essence.
Even though my essence lies Far beyond comprehension, Still, I know
I know my essence.
I know it is not my thoughts, not my speech, and certainly not my doings.
My essence is far more simple than those.
In fact, it is Beyond any measurement which can be perceived.
I am the being-ness of all that is
My essence is being.
Being Time and space
Being Here and now
Being Forever and never
Being Is simple
Being is everything
And it is my essence,
my truest, deepest nature.
My essence is beyond value
My essence is beyond worth.
My essence is in all things
And in no things.
My essence cannot be compared
Cannot be judged
Cannot even be perceived.
I know my essence as light and love
as communion and celebration.
I know my essence
As Light and dark
As Good and evil
As Right and wrong.
As greater than all my imaginings.
My essence is enough without needing to be
My essence is worthy without caring to be
My essence is the breath of everything, and the meaning of nothing
My essence is touch and taste and smell
It is water and wind and earth
It is the fire which accompanies all things, yet remains hidden within them
my essence is so simple, it is basic, elemental,
fundamental.
My essence seeks no recognition
It is the experience of a moment.
Here, and gone.
Eternally,
Here and gone,
And never less than.
I know my essence.
I know it when the earth supports me with emerald greens
I know it when the ocean envelops me in sapphire blues
I know it when the wind caresses me with diamond whites
I know it when the fire warms me in ruby reds
I know my essence
I know it as the emptiness between each breath
And the fullness of a pregnant pause
I know my essence
As the abundance of touch, And the scarcity of connection.
as the morning eternally bound to night,
And the failure eternally bound to success.
I know my essence as all of these,
And none of these
For My essence is experience
I am the essence of experience
The Experience of life And death,
Whose many iterations lead me deeper into knowing, my essence.
There is nothing more
Than to know.
My essence
And I know
I know Without knowing how i know
Yet, i know
Beyond worth
Beyond value
Beyond comparison, judgment, and measurement,
I know My essence
